Ashraf is a highly experienced civil engineer and a dedicated post-tension inspection specialist. As the founder of The Texas PT Inspector, he brings over eight years of expertise in special inspections, specializing in post-tension (PT) system observations.

Ashraf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Georgia. He is also a certified PTI Level II Unbonded PT Inspector, demonstrating his deep knowledge and commitment to the post-tension field.

With a keen eye for detail and a thorough approach to inspections, Ashraf has earned recognition for his meticulous work. He founded The Texas PT Inspector to provide contractors with another layer of safety by performing professional observations, reducing risks, and safeguarding project success.
